AI Studio Policy

1. What the AI Studio does

The Circle World AI Studio helps you turn an idea, article, script or image into a video, and generate images for your posts and covers. Generation runs on Circle World's secure backend using AI providers under contract.

2. Credits

AI generation consumes AI credits. Credits are debited by the backend when work is submitted and are automatically refunded when a generation fails. Credits have no cash value, are not withdrawable and are not transferable.

3. What you may generate

You are responsible for what you create. The following is prohibited:

• Sexual content, and any depiction of a minor in a sexual or unsafe context
• Realistic impersonation of a real person without their permission, including voice cloning
• Deceptive political or health content, or fake news presented as real
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or personality rights
• Content that violates the Community Guidelines

4. Safety review

Prompts and outputs may be screened automatically and reviewed by the Circle World moderation team. Generations can be blocked, and repeated violations can remove AI Studio access.

5. Ownership and labelling

Subject to these policies and the provider terms, you may use the content you generate, including commercially. AI-generated content published on Circle World may be labelled as AI-generated, and you should not present AI-generated content as a real recording of real events.

6. No guarantees

AI output can be inaccurate. Check anything important before you rely on it or publish it.
