Child Safety & Age Policy

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Circle World, and at least 18 years old to use any monetization, payment, gifting, marketplace selling or withdrawal feature. Where local law sets a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

2. Zero tolerance

Circle World prohibits child sexual abuse material and any sexualisation, grooming, exploitation or endangerment of a minor. Such content is removed, the account is terminated, evidence is preserved, and the matter is reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Protections for younger users

Where an account is identified as belonging to a young person, Circle World applies additional protections:

• Monetization, gifting and withdrawal features are unavailable
• Personalised advertising is not served
• Stricter defaults on messaging, calls and discoverability

4. Reporting

Report a child-safety concern immediately using the in-app report tool or by emailing circleworld26@gmail.com with the word URGENT in the subject. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

5. Parents and guardians

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact circleworld26@gmail.com and we will remove the account and its data.
