Content & Moderation Policy

How content is reviewed, ranked, restricted and removed.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Circle World reviews user-generated content and makes moderation decisions. It works alongside the Community Guidelines, which define what is allowed.
2. How content is reviewed
Content may be reviewed in three ways:
- Automated signals that flag possible policy violations for review
- User reports submitted from inside the app
- Proactive review by the Circle World moderation team, including higher-value transactions, verification applications and marketplace listings
3. Decisions we can take
Circle World may remove content, limit its distribution, add a warning or age restriction, remove it from Discover or search, disable monetization for it, or restrict the account that posted it.
4. Monetization review
Content that breaks these policies is not eligible for gifts, rewards, boosting, promotion or any other earnings programme. Earnings connected to content later found to be violating, fraudulent or artificially inflated may be held, reversed or refunded under the Creator Monetization Policy.
5. Livestreams, calls and messages
Livestreams and public posts are subject to review. Private one-to-one calls and direct messages are private, but they can be reported by a participant, and reported material may be reviewed for safety and legal compliance.
6. Legal requests
Circle World may remove content or preserve records where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
7. Appeals and transparency
You can appeal any decision by contacting circleworld26@gmail.com. Circle World keeps internal audit records of moderation and financial decisions.
