Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

1. Post only what you have the right to post

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you give Circle World the licence it needs to host, display, distribute and promote that content inside the Circle World services.

2. Music

Circle World's Music Studio is upload-first: you may upload music you created, own, or are legally permitted to distribute. You must confirm the rights position for each upload. Tracks without a valid rights basis are removed and repeat uploaders lose music access.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Circle World infringes your rights, email circleworld26@gmail.com with:

• Your name and contact details
• Identification of the work you own
• A link to the infringing content on Circle World
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your explanation and contact details.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.

6. Circle World's own marks

The Circle World name, logo and design are owned by Circle World. Do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation you do not have.
