Account & Data Deletion Policy

1. How to delete your account

Open Settings, then Delete account, or go to the deletion page directly. You confirm by typing DELETE. You can also request deletion by emailing circleworld26@gmail.com from the address on your account.

2. Before you can delete

For your own protection, deletion is blocked while any of the following is true:

• Your wallet holds a balance that has not been withdrawn
• You have earnings still pending settlement
• You have a withdrawal that has been requested, approved, is processing or has been sent

3. What is deleted

Deletion removes your login, your profile, your posts, reels, videos, articles, music, stories, marketplace listings and your ability to sign in. Once complete it cannot be undone.

4. What is retained, and why

Some records must be kept for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution reasons — for example, payment and payout records, and records of policy enforcement. These are kept only as long as required and are not used to rebuild your profile.

Messages you sent may remain visible in the other participant's copy of the conversation.

5. Timing

Account access ends immediately. Remaining copies in backups are cleared on the normal backup rotation, within 90 days.
