1. Why this page exists
App stores require a Data Safety declaration. This page states the same facts we declare there, so what you read here and what you see in the store match the way Circle World actually behaves.
2. Data Circle World collects
- Account information — name, username, email address, password (stored hashed), country
- Profile content — photo, cover, bio, links, location you choose to add
- User content — posts, reels, videos, photos, articles, music, stories, comments, messages and call records
- Financial information — wallet balances, transactions, payout account details needed for payouts
- App activity — features used, views, clicks, engagement and performance data
- Device and diagnostic information — device type, app version, crash and error logs, IP address
3. Why it is collected
- To provide the service and show your content to the people you choose
- To process payments, gifts, earnings and payouts
- To keep accounts, payments and the community safe
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To fix problems and improve features
4. Sharing
Circle World does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who need it to run the platform — the payment provider, the hosting and database platform, the real-time calling provider, the AI generation providers and the email provider — and with authorities where the law requires it.
5. Security and control
Data is encrypted in transit. Financial authority sits on the server; the app can never modify a balance. You can edit or delete your content, change your privacy settings, and delete your account and data at any time.
6. Permissions the app may request
- Camera and microphone — only for calls, livestreams and recording a video session
- Photos and files — only to upload media you choose
- Notifications — for messages, calls, gifts and account alerts
- Advertising identifier — only where advertising is enabled and you have made your advertising choice
7. Content rating and age
Circle World is rated for teens and older because it carries user-generated content, social features, unmoderated live communication and digital purchases. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age in your country, to hold an account. The rating we declare in the app store matches these facts.
- User-generated content: yes — posts, videos, music, comments, messages, livestreams and marketplace listings
- User interaction: yes — messaging, voice and video calls, communities and livestreams
- Digital purchases: yes — gifts, promotions, premium services and marketplace orders
- Reporting and blocking: available on profiles, posts, messages and listings
- Moderation: reports are reviewed by the Circle World moderation team; accounts and listings can be removed
- Gambling, real-money gaming and sexual content: not permitted anywhere on Circle World
8. Advertising declaration
Circle World serves no third-party advertising today, and our store declaration says exactly that. Your advertising choice is recorded now and is respected from the first day any advertising appears.

- Consent first: where the law requires consent, nothing is served until you have made a choice
