Marketplace Policy

1. Who can sell

Any Circle World account in good standing can create free listings. Business shops, verified business marks and paid placements require the applicable subscription, application or payment.

2. Listing rules

Listings must be honest and complete.

• Describe the actual item or service you are offering
• Use your own photos or images you have the right to use
• Show an accurate price in the listing currency
• Do not list prohibited or illegal goods and services
• Do not list the same item repeatedly to gain visibility

3. Prohibited items

Weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, live animals sold unlawfully, adult services, regulated financial products, human traffic of any kind, account or engagement sales, and anything else prohibited by applicable law.

4. Paid placements

Premium, Featured, Top and Urgent placements are advertising positions. They are clearly labelled, they are priced by the backend, and they become active only after a verified payment. A paid placement never replaces organic search relevance or buyer protection.

5. Buyers and sellers

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling what they sell and for complying with consumer law in their own country. Circle World is a venue and is not a party to the contract between buyer and seller, except where Circle World is itself the seller of a Circle World service.

6. Orders, holds and settlement

Seller proceeds are credited as pending first. High-value orders, flagged sellers and reported listings can be held for review. Confirmed orders settle to the seller's available balance under the Payments & Gifts Policy.

7. Reviews

Only a buyer with a paid order may review a seller, one review per order. Fake, incentivised or retaliatory reviews are removed.

8. Enforcement

Listings may be removed, sellers may be blocked and payouts may be held where this policy is broken. Report a listing from its page or contact circleworld26@gmail.com.
