Creator Monetization Policy

1. Monetization is earned, not automatic

Circle World monetization programmes include gifts, creator rewards, grants, marketplace sales, business shops, promotions and premium creator plans. Access to each programme depends on eligibility rules set and enforced on Circle World's secure backend.

2. Eligibility

To earn on Circle World you must, at minimum:

• Hold an account in good standing with no unresolved policy violations
• Follow the Community Guidelines and Content & Moderation Policy
• Have genuine, verified activity from real people
• Provide accurate payout and identity information where required
• Meet the additional requirements of the specific programme

3. Revenue share

Where a programme specifies a revenue share, the split is calculated by Circle World's backend and is configurable by authorised administrators. It is never calculated by the app on your phone.

Applicable payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and reversals are deducted according to the rules of the programme concerned.

4. Earnings states

Every amount is tracked separately as pending, available, withdrawn, reversed, failed or refunded. Pending earnings become available only after the underlying payment has settled and passed fraud checks.

5. What disqualifies activity

Earnings may be withheld, reversed or permanently removed where Circle World identifies:

• Bot traffic, automated views, click farms or purchased engagement
• Self-funded or circular gifting designed to manufacture earnings
• Payments made with stolen or disputed payment instruments
• Multiple accounts operated to defeat limits or caps
• Content that violates Circle World policy or the law

6. No guaranteed income

Circle World does not guarantee any level of earnings. Rates, pools, caps and programme availability are configurable and can change. Advertising, rewards and gift income are never presented as guaranteed income.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes due on your Circle World earnings in your own country, unless Circle World is required by law to withhold or remit them.
