Does it cost anything to sell?

No. Every member can post free listings up to the limit shown on the Sell page. Free listings appear in normal search results at no charge.

What do premium listings do?

Premium, Featured, Top Placement and Urgent Sale lift a listing higher in the marketplace for a set number of days. Paid placements are always labelled as paid, so buyers can tell them apart from normal results.

Who sets the prices?

Circle World sets the price of every premium service, and those prices are shown in your own currency before you pay. Your item's own price is always yours to set.

How do payments work?

Buyers pay through Circle World checkout using our payment provider. Nothing activates and no money is recorded until the provider confirms the payment — the app itself can never mark a payment as successful.

When does a seller get the money?

Once payment is confirmed, Circle World takes its marketplace fee and the rest lands in the seller's wallet as clearing money. It becomes available after the clearing period, then it can be withdrawn.

How do withdrawals reach my bank?

Add and verify your bank account in Wallet. Verified requests within the automatic range are approved and sent to your bank; larger or incomplete ones are reviewed by our team first. You can follow every stage: requested, approved, sent to bank, received by bank.

What if a sale looks suspicious?

High-value sales, flagged listings and blocked sellers are held before the money reaches a wallet. Our team then releases or refunds the payment. Money is never quietly deleted — every step is recorded.

What is a business shop?

A shop page inside Circle World with your own name, logo, cover, contact details and the listings you choose. It opens to buyers once the monthly business store payment is confirmed.

What does the verified mark mean?

It means our team reviewed the business. Paying for verification pays for the review only — it never guarantees approval.

Who can leave a review?

Only a buyer with a real, confirmed purchase, and only once per purchase. Reviews cannot be bought or posted by anyone else.

What is the trust score?

A score out of 100 built from verified records: completed sales, real buyer ratings, refunds, account age, verification and moderation history. Sellers cannot set or pay for it.

What is not allowed?

Stolen or counterfeit goods, prohibited items, fake listings, misleading prices, multiple accounts used to dodge limits, and any attempt to move a payment outside Circle World.

How do I report something?

Use Report on any listing. Reports go to our review queue, where a listing can be blocked and a seller's payouts frozen while we look into it.
