Circle World allows users to create profiles and publish content. Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Audio content and music used with content
• User-created AI content
• Public creator information
• Marketplace or promotional listings

Content that you choose to make public may be visible to other Circle World users and, depending on the feature, may be accessible more broadly.

If you use Circle World's communication features, we may process information necessary to provide those services, including:

• Direct messages and group messages
• Voice calls and video calls
• Shared media
• Communication metadata
• Reports or complaints relating to communications

We use this information to provide communication functionality, protect users, prevent abuse, enforce our policies, and maintain platform security.

Circle World does not sell private messages to advertisers.

Some Circle World features may request access to your camera, microphone, photos, videos, and files. These permissions are used only when necessary for features such as creating posts, uploading media, livestreaming, voice calls, video calls, recording content, or using AI Studio. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

If Circle World introduces or uses location-based features, we may process approximate or precise location information only when permitted by your device settings and applicable law. Location information may be used for location-based discovery, local opportunities, regional content, security and fraud prevention, and relevant services. Circle World will request permission where required, and you may disable location access through your device settings where supported.

When you use Circle World, we may automatically receive technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, general region, IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, network information, browser information, crash information, performance information, security information, and log information. This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve Circle World.

Our website and certain services may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, advertising, fraud prevention, and service functionality. Where applicable, users may be provided with choices regarding cookies and similar technologies.

Circle World may use Google AdMob or other advertising technologies to display advertisements. When AdMob is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process certain information as permitted by applicable law and Google's applicable policies, including advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app interactions, and advertising-related information. Advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited based on user choices, location, applicable law, and platform requirements.

Circle World does not control Google's independent processing of information under Google's own policies. For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Circle World will use an appropriate consent mechanism for advertising personalization where required.

Circle World may be distributed through Google Play. Information collected through the Android application will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and disclosed through applicable Google Play Data Safety declarations. The information disclosed in Circle World's Google Play Data Safety section will be kept consistent with the actual functionality and data practices of the application.

Circle World may provide paid services and monetization features, including gifts, creator monetization, premium listings, featured listings, boosts, and other paid features. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Paystack or other providers that Circle World may support. Circle World generally does not need to store your complete payment-card number when a third-party payment provider processes the transaction. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Circle World may allow eligible creators or users to earn from qualifying activities. Information may be processed in connection with gifts, creator earnings, views, engagement, livestream activity, eligible calls, promotional activity, boosts, website promotion, wallet balances, transactions, withdrawals, payment verification, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Eligibility for monetization is determined according to Circle World's applicable monetization rules, and we may require identity, payment, bank, or other verification before allowing certain financial activities.

Circle World may provide AI-powered features, including AI-assisted creation of images, videos, audio, creative content, captions, and other media. When you use AI Studio, we may process the prompts, files, instructions, generated content, and related technical information necessary to provide the requested feature. AI-generated content remains subject to Circle World's Community Guidelines, Content Policy, Copyright Policy, and applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload or generate does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

Circle World may provide livestreaming functionality. During livestreaming, we may process stream information, video and audio, viewer information, viewer counts, comments, reactions, gifts, reports, moderation information, earnings-related information, and technical information. Livestreams may be recorded, stored, moderated, or made available to other users depending on the feature and your settings.

Circle World may use analytics and performance technologies to understand how users interact with the application, which features are used, app performance, errors and crashes, general engagement, security events, and feature effectiveness. Analytics information may be used to improve Circle World's design, functionality, security, reliability, and performance.

We may use information to create and manage accounts; provide Circle World services; display profiles and user content according to user settings; enable messaging, communications, and livestreaming; enable creator monetization; process payments, gifts, and eligible withdrawals; provide AI Studio features; provide advertising and analytics; prevent fraud and abuse; detect security threats; moderate content; enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines; respond to support requests; improve products and services; personalize applicable features; communicate important service information; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Circle World (such as cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, advertising, customer support, security, content delivery, livestreaming, AI services, and communications infrastructure); advertising partners where advertising is enabled; payment providers to process payments, gifts, purchases, and eligible withdrawals; and for legal and safety purposes when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, investigate fraud, prevent abuse, protect Circle World's rights, or protect the safety and security of the Service. If Circle World undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Some Circle World information may be publicly visible depending on your profile and content settings, including username, profile information, public profile photograph, public posts, public videos, public articles, public comments, public follower/following information, public creator information, and public listings. Users should avoid publishing information they do not want others to see.

Circle World may use automated systems, human review, or a combination of both to detect prohibited content, spam, fraud, scams, investigate reports, protect users, enforce Community Guidelines, and protect the integrity of monetization systems. Information related to reports, moderation, enforcement, and security may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as required by law.

Circle World may process information to identify and prevent payment fraud, fake accounts, account takeover, spam, abuse, manipulation of views or engagement, fake transactions, unauthorized withdrawals, and other fraudulent activity. Certain account, device, transaction, and behavioral information may be used for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Security measures may include authentication controls, access controls, encryption where appropriate, server-side authorization, monitoring, fraud detection, security logging, and backup and recovery procedures. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining account records, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Circle World will provide users with a clear method to request account deletion from within the Circle World application and through an external web-based deletion method. Google Play requires account-creating apps to provide both an in-app account deletion route and an external web resource for requesting deletion. When an account deletion request is completed, Circle World will delete applicable account information and associated user data, except information that we are legally permitted or required to retain. Information retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or other legitimate purposes will be handled according to applicable law and our retention requirements.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or request restrictions on processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and request a copy of certain information. Circle World is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. Where applicable, Circle World may use age-related controls and restrictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Circle World's final age requirements and child-directed settings will be configured consistently with Google Play requirements and applicable law.

Circle World may be used by people in different countries. Information may therefore be processed by Circle World and its service providers in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers.

Circle World may integrate with third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob, Google services, Paystack, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, AI providers, livestreaming providers, authentication providers, and other service providers required to operate Circle World. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and users should review the privacy practices of third-party services where appropriate.

Circle World may contain links to external websites, including websites connected to Circle World or third-party websites. Once you leave Circle World, the privacy practices of the external website may apply. Circle World is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

Circle World may provide features that promote or link users to external websites, including technology, business, news, jobs, opportunities, creator, or other websites. When you visit an external website, that website may collect information according to its own privacy policy. Circle World may process information related to referrals, clicks, traffic, promotions, or campaigns where necessary to provide these features.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Circle World introduces new features, changes its services, changes its data practices, or when legal or regulatory requirements change. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the application, website, email, or other appropriate methods.
